This course refreshes your knowledge and skills in the Permit to Work process from both the Permit Issuer and Permit Receiver perspectives. It covers identifying when a permit is required, defining the scope of work, assessing hazards, confirming critical controls, managing simultaneous operations, issuing and accepting permits, monitoring permitted work, and suspending, handing over, or closing permits. Training is mostly scenario-based to ensure students refresh their practical understanding of worksite-specific permit requirements, responsibilities, communication, documentation, and the controls required to complete high-risk work safely.
